The timeless beauty of the Lamborghini Huracán STO could not but streak down the streets of the most famous capital city in the world: Rome.

Here it is, winding through the alleys of Trastevere, one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of the “eternal city” situated south of the “blond Tiber”. Still today this area retains its folksy character owing to the tortuous streets covered with cobblestones and local restaurants, where a dish of authentic carbonara can be savored.

The tour continues along the river up to Castel Sant’Angelo, an iconic monument erected by Adrian in the 2nd century AC, and on to St. Peter’s in the Vatican City, the symbol of the papal state designed by the greatest Italian artists, including Bramante, Raphael, Michelangelo and Bernini.

The supercar then drops by and visits the Trevi fountain, entirely made of marble and travertine and made famous the world over by the scene in Federico Fellini’s La Dolce Vita starring Anita Ekberg and Marcello Mastroianni. Legend has it that throwing a coin into the crystal-clear water with your eyes closed would favor your return the city… and who knows if the Huracán STO followed the tradition to make sure it would make a return visit to Rome.

In any case, before starting out on other adventures the Huracán toured the Coliseum, a symbol of Rome’s history and eternal beauty. While standing quietly in front of the magnificent building, it is still possible to hear the ancient battles fought by gladiators, which were regularly held here during the entire imperial era.
