Debut at Lucca Comics & Games with SCART Robots
Automobili Lamborghini, in collaboration with SCART, chose Lucca Comics & Games 2025 to present the world preview of six environment defending super robots, fully made with scrap materials coming from its super sports cars. SCART is the artistic workshop of the Hera Group.
Over four meters tall, the six robots represent the fundamental elements of nature, air, earth and water. They give a new contemporary interpretation of the imagination of the famous 1980s Japanese figures as they tell a story of innovation, creativity and responsibility.
Creator of the concept is Marvel comic writer Giuseppe Camuncoli, while the actual execution of the project comes from the joint work performed by SCART and students of the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence and Ravenna and of POLI.design – Politecnico di Milano, which selected and reassembled hoods, bumpers, rear wings, seats and carbon fiber components in new sculptural shapes.
“Giving scrap materials new life means extending the quality culture even beyond the finished product,” said Christian Mastro, Marketing Director of Automobili Lamborghini.
“By using the universal language of art, SCART sets out to leave a mark on mass culture by making it increasingly sensitive to a conscious use of resources,” added Maurizio Giani, Marketing and Brand Promotion Director of Herambiente.
The works are on display in the center of Lucca:
Gea Stone and Jotun Forge, the guardians of the earth, in Piazza San Giusto;
Skyrenn and Jetron, the protectors of the air, in Piazza San Michele;
Marixx and Mega Tide, the custodians of the water, in the courtyard of Palazzo Guinigi.
After their stay in Lucca, the six robots will take off for Ecomondo 2025 (Rimini, November 4-7), and afterwards they will be in Sant’Agata Bolognese for several 2026 events.
