A Note About Our Dealers:
As noted above, this Privacy Notice applies to some of the information that you provide to us through our dealers. For example, you may submit information through a dealer web page, or when visiting a dealership and creating a customer account. The information you provide is then shared to our customer relationship management system, known as LamborghiniKEY. At the time you provide this information, we provide you with a link to this Privacy Notice, and give you the opportunity to consent to the use of your information for marketing purposes when required by law.
However, please note that his Privacy Notice only applies to information that is collected by dealers in the circumstances described above that is shared to LamborghiniKEY. Our dealers may collect, use, and share your personal information in other ways, and we do not and cannot control their collection, use, and sharing of information. A Note About Connected Services and Mobile Applications:

As part of doing business, Lamborghini and its dealers collect and process personal information. Currently, certain browsers, including Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer, offer a “do not track” (DNT) option.
