Global Recycling Day is an important date for Lamborghini, who since 2009 has been holding the certification 14001 and has been following a program to reuse production leftovers through a 360° plan. This special day, introduced by the Global Recycling Foundation in 2018, is an opportunity for the brand to reaffirm its efforts toward the preservation of our planet.

Lamborghini’s actions toward sustainability are concrete. For example, in 2020, the brand launched two recycling and regeneration projects that have since been turning production leftovers into new resources for the community and the environment – in 2021, 51% of production leftovers were reused and recycled.

Sustainability is one of the pillars of Lamborghini’s strategy and one of the brand’s core values. So join us in celebrating this year’s Global Recycling Day with a renewed pledge in support of our planet.
