The removable hardtop, made using an innovative high-pressure RTM molding technology, ensures strength and comfort, highlighting the lifestyle and spirit of this limited series.

INTERIOR

The interior of this open-top limited series superbly combines sportiness and elegance. The fine and skillfully crafted materials, including carbon fiber for the main finishes and Alcantara® laser-cut with the Y motif for the upholstery, afford a touch of absolute sophistication to the luxurious passenger compartment.
The Roadster presents a unique combination of performance, comfort and refinement. A carbon fiber plate bears the number of examples made, commemorating the special nature of this exclusive model.

In the new Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster, the exceptional combination between the active steering system (Lamborghini Dynamic Steering) and the rear steering system (Lamborghini Rear-Wheel Steering) delivers dynamic performance that enhances agility at low speed while optimizing control and stability at high speed.
In fact, the LDS system adapts to both the speed and the selected driving mode, moving between direct steering and a more indirect mode, while the LRS system manages the rear steering axle by means of two electromechanical actuators. The result is an unmatched driving experience.

4 ACTIVE SUSPENSION

With its magnetorheological front and rear shock absorbers and pushrod suspension system—able to adapt the car’s dynamic behavior to the road conditions and selected driving mode—the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster delivers extraordinary response in every dynamic condition.
In addition to compensating roll and undesired movement of the vehicle’s body, this system is designed to work in concert with the Rear-Wheel Steering system.

4-WHEEL DRIVE

Optimized to work specifically with the new active systems on board—Rear-Wheel Steering in particular—the all-wheel drive system ensures high performance and driving pleasure in poor grip situations. Depending on the conditions and the selected driving mode, the torque distribution between front and rear axles varies dynamically.
New-generation Pirelli P Zero tires further enhance the innovative active systems of the vehicle.

4 DRIVING MODES

Driving conditions have little bearing on performance, pleasure and safety: the new dynamic mode selector of the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster ensures full control. Engine, gearbox, traction, steering, suspension and stability control can be optimally adjusted by choosing between STRADA, SPORT and CORSA. However, it is with EGO mode that every single setting can be customized to achieve a completely personal driving experience.

ENGINE

The heart of the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster is the most powerful standard-production naturally aspirated V12 in Lamborghini history. This result was achieved by incorporating titanium intake valves that increase maximum power to 780 CV (574 kW) at 8,500 rpm. Performance without compromise is expressed with breathtaking acceleration that takes this Aventador from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds.

GEARBOX

With the ISR (Independent Shifting Rods) gearbox, the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster ensures lightning-quick gear shifts capable of arousing intense sensations. This extremely fast robotized gearbox offers two crucial advantages for such a super sports car: very low weight and a size even smaller than a manual gearbox.
