#LamborghiniPeople: quality as a philosophy of life

Flavio is 30 years old and after getting his degree and interning in Munich, he has always lived in Bologna. He was 12 when he took an interest in the automotive industry, influenced by his cousin’s passion for it.

In 2015, right after getting his degree, he was hired by Automobili Lamborghini in the Quality Department, where he works on different types of problem solving with the aim to minimize defects. This is the reason why he epitomizes the essence of his work in concepts such as quality and absence of defects.   

Over the years, Flavio has formed great relationships with his colleagues, and he considers Lamborghini as a unique Company since it allows him to establish human relationships.
