Automobili Lamborghini presented “Lamborghini Unica”, its brand-new customer app, during Dreamforce 2018, the leading event for Customer Experience Innovation and Transformation held in San Francisco from 25 to 28 September.
Developed in collaboration with Salesforce, the global leader in Customer Relationship Management, Lamborghini Unica represents a digital evolution of customer experience. It delivers a personalized customer service that goes hand in hand with the brand values peculiar to the Sant’Agata Bolognese company. Owners can manage their vehicles and get an unprecedented glimpse at Lamborghini lifestyle through experiences, news and events before anyone else, and gain access to special contents that only registered customers can enjoy. Features include real-time pictures documenting the production status of the new Lamborghini Urus, and exclusive previews of new Lamborghini models, as was the case with the newest Aventador SVJ, shown on Lamborghini Unica 24 hours before its official unveiling during Monterey Car Week last August.
