The Gallardo RWD is defined by its use of classic sports car technology - an exceptionally powerful engine combined with rear-wheel drive, adopting a specific 2WD developed ESP system.
This is extremely unusual for a Lamborghini model, and good news for drivers who seek fun and added excitement when they get behind the wheel.

RWD SETUP A unique character.

The Gallardo RWD combines unrivalled driving fun and safety.
The engineers at Sant'Agata Bolognese have incorporated extensive modifications into the vehicle; it was not simply a question of moving the transmission to the rear axle. The car had to be adjusted and tuned in every element of its driving dynamics, including springs, dampers, stabilizers and even the tyres. The aerodynamics were also adjusted to take into account the change to the power flow.
