“Movember definitely helps to let people know to reach out. You don’t have to be alone, you don’t have to do everything on your own by yourself. Sometimes that’s a friend, sometimes that’s a stranger. You have to have someone that you can talk to, to not feel bad about feeling bad, if that makes sense”
