The service is operational Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Italian time).

All requests will be dispatched within 5 business days from receipt of the Subscription form (duly filled in).
Each technical request can only refer to a single query.
Only requests written in English or Italian will be considered.
The subject of the request must be explicitly indicated in the subject of the e-mail.
To ensure fast service, when possible, we recommend first reffering the vehicle’s User and Maintenance Booklet and Warranty Handbook.
