Recruitment Process

The selection process includes a stage of pre-screening together with a phone interview. The second step provides a motivational-attitudinal interview during which the personal characteristics, the  professional experiences gained and the language skills will be deepened. 

Finally a technical interview with the Head of Department for evaluating the technical and specific skills in line to the vacant position.
